Toonify MCP is free and open-source software licensed under MIT License.
You are free to use, modify, and distribute Toonify under the terms of the MIT License, including for commercial purposes.

Toonify is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- That Toonify will be error-free or uninterrupted
- That token optimization will achieve specific savings percentages
- That Toonify will work with all MCP tools or configurations
- Compatibility with future Claude Code or MCP protocol versions
3. Limitation of Liability
The Toonify developers and contributors are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Toonify, including but not limited to:
- Unexpected token costs from Claude API
- Data loss or corruption
- Performance issues or optimization failures
- Compatibility issues with other tools
- Cache-related problems
4. Token Optimization
Toonify automatically optimizes structured data (JSON, CSV, YAML) by converting it to TOON format. You acknowledge that:
- Token savings vary based on data structure and content
- TOON format conversion is transparent and reversible
- Optimization happens automatically when enabled
- You can disable optimization at any time
5. Your Responsibilities
When using Toonify, you agree to:
- Verify that TOON-optimized output meets your requirements
- Comply with Anthropic's Acceptable Use Policy when using Claude API
- Respect the MIT License terms when modifying or distributing Toonify
- Not use Toonify for illegal or harmful purposes
6. Third-Party Services
Toonify integrates with:
- Claude API: Subject to Anthropic's Terms
- Claude Code: MCP protocol implementation
